If you are involved in a Car Accident and are in any kind of doubt as to whether you should drive your vehicle or not before you have the car repaired, have it towed to a body shop. Your safety and the safety of other drivers is paramount to you driving your car somewhere.

If you make the decision to drive, and your vehicle is damaged, and because of those damages you get into another accident, you may lose the chance of having your vehicle fixed by the insurance company. Getting into another accident before having your damages assessed by a professional, will only cause complicated problems with your accident claim.

Is my car “driveable”?

The right question is my car SAFE to drive. If you have a bumper hanging, a door that won’t close, a headlight or taillamp cracked, the answer is NO. If you’re unsure of the answer, DO NOT DRIVE. Call us and we will have your car towed. 

Do I have to pay for towing?

If you have collision coverage on your car, the simple answer is NO. Most think that a towing expense is out of pocket, that is not the case. Please call us and we can help. 

What if my car has already been towed or there is another tow company at the scene?

In many cases, a tow truck has already arrived at the scene of the accident. Based on location, they may be the only authorized tow truck allowed on that particular roadway. You can have your car towed by them, and ask them to bring it to us directly. If they need to take it to their facility first, that’s OK too, you will need to sign a release to get it picked up by us and brought here.
